    Purpose: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance withthe format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutesthe only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This requirement has no set-aside restrictions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for thisprocurement is 541613.The solicitation document, the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular(FAC) 2023-04, Effective 09/23/2025.This is a Non-Competitive (Notice of Intent) combined Synopsis Solicitation to Award a Contract or Purchase Order withoutprovidING for full or open competition (including Brand-Name).This sole source is being conducted pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(2) or 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2), as implemented by FAR 6.302-, "Unusual and Compelling Urgency."The justification/rationale for Other Than Full and Open Competition is Unusual and Compelling Urgency. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement,proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.Description of Requirement: The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price delivery order for this requirement. TheCenters for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate with TripTK on a sole source basis.
