The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 07 (NCO 07), hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price base plus four option year contract to The Chudy Group LLC located at N1671 Powers Lake Road, Powers Lake, WI 53159. The contract is expected to be awarded under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) Soliciting from a single source. A Justification for Single Source Awards for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The anticipated award date is March 25, 2025.Vendor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, test equipment, repair/replacement parts, travel and transportation, necessary to perform preventive maintenance, calibration, necessary repairs, or software updates to the 4 pieces of Parata ATP2 Equipment located at both Uptown and Downtown locations of the Augusta VA Healthcare System.The procured maintenance support for the Parata ATP2 Equipment will be performed/delivered to the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center located at 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904 NAICS code: 339112 | Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing(SBA Size Standard 1,000 Employees) PSC: J065 | Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment-Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and SuppliesA determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
