This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation.  The deadline for all questions is 9/11/25 at 1:00pm Mountain Time. All questions must be submitted via email to Christopher.delauro@vas.gov. Quotes are to be provided to Christopher.delauro@va.gov no later than 1:00 pm Mountain time on 9/15/25. Methods of delivery other than email will not be accepted. Emailed quotes must not exceed 4MB in size per email.
