The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer responsible, whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
Technical, Hotels must be in the Memphis, TN area. Hotels must be East of I-240 and North of Poplar Ave (not West of I-240 or East of Germantown) See map below Hotels must be 3 Star or better Prefer self-service guest laundry Must be able to provide rooms on time and abide by the changes daily. Daily Counts could change at ANYTIME.
