This Solicitation (SIR) is for Elevator Maintenance Services for the Memphis Air Traffic Control Tower (MEM ATCT) and the Memphis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZME ARTCC) in Memphis, TN to be completed as required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that is located as attachment J-1 of the attached Solicitation 697DCK-25-R-00308.This acquisition is set aside for small business. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors.The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
Site Visits for this project will be held as follows:
Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 9:00 am Local Time at the MEM ATCT, 2515 Winchester Road, Memphis, TN 38116 Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 1:00 pm Local Time at the ZME ARTCC, 3229 Democrat Road, Memphis, TN 38118
