- Amendment 0003 - No complete proposal submissions were received for the MEM/ZME Elevator Maintenance project, 697DCK-25-R-00308. The proposal due date is being extended to Monday, October 27, 2025 by 2:00 pm CT. There are no changes to the terms and/or conditions as a result of this modification.
Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the Questions & Answers document as well as the Sign-In Sheet for the MEM Site Visit. A Sign-In Sheet was not completed for the ZME Site Visits. There will be no other changes to the terms and/or conditions as a result of this amendment.
Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to update the statement from the SAM.gov posting "This acquisition is set aside for small business." to read "This acquisition is set for full and open competition with no set aside.". This amendment also updates the AMS clause 3.3.1-40 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (INTERIM September 2025). There will be no other changes to the terms and/or conditions as a result of this amendment.
This Solicitation (SIR) is for Elevator Maintenance Services for the Memphis Air Traffic Control Tower (MEM ATCT) and the Memphis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZME ARTCC) in Memphis, TN to be completed as required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that is located as attachment J-1 of the attached Solicitation 697DCK-25-R-00308.
