The Flange must be - DN 40 CF-F. Pneumatic double acting must be with solenoid valve and with position indicator. Body: A dimension must be customer specific 60 mm Plate: window round must be 12 mm; window material must be sapphire. Vendor must satisfy the pressure range from SLAC level 1 UHV criterion to 2 bar(abs). Differential pressure must be ≤ 2 bar on gate, ≤ 1 bar at opening. Conductance must satisfy 100 ls-1 The Bake-out temperature must be ≤ 300 °C for valve body, ≤ 200 °C for actuator (for max 100h), ≤ 80 °C for Position indicator, ≤ 80 °C Solenoid. Heating and cooling rate must be ≤ 50 °C h-1. Material must be following.- Valve body : 1.4435, AISI 316 L
- Flange : 1.4435 ESU, AISI 316 L ESR
