*Amendment 0001 issued 6/20/25 to extend the date for the receipt of questions to 6/27/25 in the Solicitation Caution Notice: #20, Page 15 of Attachment A. The due date for proposals remains unchanged. All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation also remain unchanged.
**Amendment 0002 issued 7/3/25 to extend the closing date of the Solicitation to 8/4/25 at 3:00 PM EDT, provide answers to interested party questions, and incorporate two changes to the Solicitation.
Metals Tailored Logistics Support Program (TLSP)
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
Solicitation SPE8E4-25-R-0001 is hereby issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.
DLA Troop Support intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Metals Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) Contracts under this single solicitation to support Metals requirements in the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and worldwide through CONUS Container Consolidation Points (CCPs). The CONUS consists of the following states/territories: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
