- NSWCPD has a requirement for Metalwork Components associated with the Unit 12 assembly of the Towed Communications Buoy. The drawings associated with this requirement have a distribution D CUI statement. To view the RFQ and drawings, a JCP Certification must be submitted. Please send your company's JCP certification to zachary.f.mccurry.civ@us.navy.mil. This requirement is currently being solicited as a total small business set aside. This pre-solicitation notice closes on 12/23/2025. The RFQ and drawings will be issued after the closing of the pre-solicitation.
