COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations NOAA Ship Ronald H. Brown (RB) requires one each water regulating valve and 2 each overhaul/retrofits for water regulating valve
(II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NM-AN2120-23-00102.
(III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08.
(IV) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 332912. The small business size standard is 1000 Employees.

1) New Valve (1 each) a) Provide the following: i) 3" 3-Way Marine Electric Actuated Water Regulating Valve
ii) EAMDF3120BMF3W Rev B
iii) Bronze Body & Isolation Plate
2) Valve overhaul and Retrofit (2 each) a) Provide EAMDF3120BMF3W REPAIR Rev B repair kits and 3" 3-way Marine Electric Actuators
b) Perform overhaul on the 3" 3-Way Marine Electric Actuated Water Regulating Valve
c) Retrofit the 3" 3-Way Marine Electric Actuated Water Regulating Valve to fit the new electric actuator
d) Report back conditions outside a normal overhaul.

DELIVERABLE SCHEDULE:
1) New Valve within 20 weeks of award
2) Overhaul and Retrofit Valves a) Return to ship within 2 weeks of receipt from the government (may be separate deliveries)
