This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii). FA468625QC019 is issued as an RFQ.
(iii). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05.
(iv). This will be solicited as a Set-Aside Status: 100% Small Business set-aside, with an associated NAICS code 337214 - Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing, and a small business size standard of 1,100 Employees.
(v). A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in Attachment 1, Section B - Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission.
(vi). This Requirement is to procure a MetroNaps EnergyPods for the 427 RS, as defined in the associated Statement of Need (SON) for Beale AFB, CA. The contractor shall deliver six (6) MetroNaps EnergyPods IAW section F of the Solicitation.
(vii). Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point is identified in Attachment 1, Section F - Deliveries or Performance Schedules. Place of Contract Performance: Beale AFB, CA; Delivery 60 days ARO.
(viii). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
(ix). The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and the specific evaluation criteria to be included is identified in Attachment 1, Section I - Contract Clauses pg. 32.
