- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
The Miami Vet Center, 8280 NW 27th Street, Suite 511, Miami, FL 33122 has a requirement for Janitorial Cleaning Services. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall be adhered to. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, Request for Quotation (RFQ), for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Businesses (SB). To be eligible for award quoter must be verified in Small Business Administration (SBA) www.sba.gov prior to the closing date and time of the RFQ and at the time of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 561720 Janitorial Cleaning Services and $34 Million dollars, respectively.
FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. This requirement will be awarded to a responsible contractor whose proposal represents the best value to the Government, considering price, technical factors, and past performance. Comparative evaluations will be used to evaluate offerors as prescribed in FAR 13.5.
