The National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) seeks information on vendors that can provide microwave amplifiers. The NIST Quantum Microcalorimeter Group (QMG) requires five (5) amplifiers working in the 4-8 GHz bandwidth with 1.5K noise temperature high IP3 saturation point and appropriate accessories to bias the amplifiers.
Please review the attached Requirements and Specifications document for specific details to meet all Government requirements. The purpose of this notice is to identify organizations capable of providing the necessary items and meeting the minimum contractor qualifications.
