IMPORTANT NOTE: This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only (to determine the socioeconomic status of interested companies). No award will be made off this posting.
The Contractor shall provide all professional services necessary for the accomplishment of the contract project and such required services shall be in accordance with requirements as described herein. This campus has undergone asbestos removal and abatement therefore, the Government does not expect any asbestos containing materials to be encountered.
The site consists of a 14.486-acre tract developed with twelve buildings totaling approximately 175,000 square feet and associated asphalt parking and landscaped grounds.
The scope includes the demolition and removal of a four-story and 11 single/double story buildings including slabs, foundations, sidewalks, paved surfaces and utilities in their entirety. The scope of work includes complete demolition of the structure and proper disposal of all resulting rubbish, debris, and any excess soil from government property. The Contractor shall remove and transport any debris in a manner that prevents spillage on streets or adjacent areas and not create a public nuisance.
