- The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Military Free Fall (MFF) Support Services for Commander, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group TWO (COMEODGRU TWO). This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 611512. The size standard is $34 million.
COMEODGRU TWO requires an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) task order for MFF support services. The contractor shall be required to work closely with the designated Course Director (CD) and Contracting Officers Representative (COR) assigned by Commander, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group TWO (COMEODGRU TWO), Virginia Beach, Virginia. The contractor shall provide an operation that includes fully qualified Accelerated Free Fall Instructors (AFFI), parachute riggers, contractor personnel who are capable of providing the required instructional support, parachute rigging / quality assurance inspection (QAI), and training services associated with the delivery of the course of instruction (COI) under the coordination of the respective CD and COR.
