This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Y1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $45,000,000. All questions should be directed to Lisa Ip: Lisa.I.Ip@usace.army.mil. Estimated Cost Range is between $10,000,000 - $25,000,000. The work includes the dredging of MOTCO wharves 2 and 3 to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK, Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) screening of dredged material to 3 inches, MEC clearing of the detention basin, construction of new berms and installation of reinforced polyethyline liners in the detention basin cells 1 and 2, discharge of effluent water from the detention basin cells 1 and 2 to the local wastewater system in accordance with the Delta Diablo Special Discharge Permit and disposal of MEC Debris. All material is suitable and shall be taken for disposal at the Detention Basin Cells 1 and 2.
