- Mesa Unified School District is seeking to enter into a contract with a supplier for milk and dairy items to provide products and direct distribution to individual sites located throughout Mesa Unified School District No. 4 on a daily basis. The contract will require extensive service to the District as a large volume of products, especially fluid milk, are required daily for use in the Federal Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, and Summer meal programs. It is mandatory that the milk and dairy products ordered are provided and delivered to the school sites on a timely basis. Distribution of product shall be after school hours; therefore, the selected distributor will be entrusted with keys to District property and responsible for accessing and securing school equipment and buildings upon each delivery. Offerors of this request for proposal must include cost of product and distribution combined.
