Amendment 0001 :
The purpose of this Amendment is to add the Questions and Answers document to the RFQ solicitation.
7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB has a requirement for a mobile crane, along with accessories and training, as stated below. Please see attached RFQ and Salient Characteristics document for more information on requirement specifications.

Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2-3 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*)2. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications para b only.3. The contractor shall provide a technical specifications sheet for the equipment with their quote (see attached Salient Characteristics for more details)
