Amendment 0003 is issued to extend proposal due date to September 12, 2025 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time and to provide additional Scope of Work information.
Amendment 0002 is issued to extend proposal due date to September 5, 2025 at 5:00pm Eastern Time and to provide questions and answers.
A site visit for the subject project has been scheduled for Monday, August 25, 2025 at 10:00am local time. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. State driver's license) to gain access to the site. Your identification must be REAL ID compliant. All contractors must submit a list of attendance at least 24 hours in advance to joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name as appears on photo ID and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. Any and all RFIs resulting from the Contract documents and site visit must be submitted to me in writing no less than 5 calendar days after the conclusion of the site visit. Answers will be provided to all offerors via amendment to the solicitation.
