Description
The 5th Contracting Squadron at Minot AFB, North Dakota, intends to award a Single Source Purchase Order to Lumen Technologies Government Solutions, Incorporated, since they are the only known provider for the E911 circuit, and this circuit must be purchased through the contractor to fully utilize Minot AFB's E911 system. Additionally, due to the proprietary nature of the State of North Dakotas E911 System, only Lumen Technologies Government Solutions, Incorporated can work on the emergency 911 circuits.
This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is after 07 April 2025. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 01 April 2025 at1 12:00 PM Central Standard Time.
A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
