DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPSAL

This is not a request for proposal. The DRAFT documents and language within this DRAFT RFP are subject to change. Should any language in the DRAFT documents conflict with the final issued RFP, the final RFP shall take precedence.
The resultant contract may issue task and delivery orders at different classification levels. Accordingly, a company-s requisite ability to fulfil government requirements at the various classification levels is dependent on the associated government permissions it must possess to work in such environments (i.e. a Facility Clearance or FCL for classified work). Separate and apart from this solicitation the Government is tentatively planning an informational briefing, generally, on the process for granting such approvals. As this is an agency wide initiative details on such a briefing will be communicated in a different forum.
All questions or concerns regarding any aspect of this draft solicitation shall be submitted using attachment DRFP-01 and sent to mda.schriever.cts.mbx.shield-idiq@mail.mil no later than 11:59 pm Central Time on 31 July 2025.
