Synopsis:
1.Description: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.001(a), FAR 5.201, and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) 210.001(a), the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is conducting market research to determine industry interest and capability for the Guided Missile Program (ABG) for the Standard Missile-3 (SM-3) Block IB and SM-3 Block IIA Programs. The requirements are for production, delivery, and complex and highly technical sustaining and engineering and product support services of both the SM-3 Block IB and SM-3 Block IIA All-Up Rounds (AUR). This includes manufacturing, production and delivery of SM-3 Blocks IB and IIA AURs, research and development, production control and operations support, cost management, advanced development systems engineering support, integration, analysis, configuration and data management, information security, quality assurance, safety, hazardous material control and management, parts, material and process management, supplies, logistics, obsolescence monitoring, testing, software quality assurance, operational sustainment of all SM-3 variants (IA, IB and IIA), technical baseline engineering, obsolescence mitigation cybersecurity, flight test activities, service life evaluation, production rate capability studies, transition to production, special projects, spares, sustainment, Defense of Guam, and Foreign Military Sales activities.
