Description
The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) announces the release of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Product Support (TPSC) DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP). Industry is advised that this is the DRAFT RFP.This procurement is set aside for a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541614. It is anticipated that this award will result in a single cost plus fixed fee contract for a base period of three years and two, one-year option periods. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov.Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Use the THAAD Project Office email (mda.schriever.ics.mbx.mdatpsc@mail.mil) to send in questions regarding this DRAFT RFP. Each offeror shall provide only one point of contact (POC) per request that includes name, phone number, email address and Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE) code.Offerors are responsible for routinely checking PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment) (through March 20, 2025) for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. Proposals will be due at a later determined date once the FINAL RFP has been posted. All communications concerning this acquisition must be coordinated through the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) at the above referenced mail box. Any communication regarding this solicitation outside of the mail box referenced above will be ignored and disregarded.This DRAFT RFP does not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. The Government will NOT pay any costs incurred by a respondent because of this DRAFT RFP posting.
