This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside announcement is filed under NAICS code 423830 and Product Service Code 4240. This requirement is to provide an enclosed trailer with a cascade air system installed. The trailer will be used to supply breathing air and refill Self Contained Breathing Apparatus- (SCBA) in emergency situations. . The product provided will be supplied in accordance with the specifications in the attached Product Purchase Description.

- All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis.- All proposals need to include Attachment 1 Compliance Matrix filled out indicating if proposal meets specifications.
- All proposals shall submit a rough floor plan illustrating the layout of the inside of the trailer or a drawing with a preliminary design of the trailer with the quote.- All proposals need to include a delivery timeframe.
Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and performance.
