OVERVIEW
The 1st Airborne Command Control Squadron (1ACCS) at Offutt AFB is seeking responses to a sources sought notice for mission planning software capable of planning and execution of top priority missions. This sources sought notice is being issued for market research purposes to aid in determining the capability of industry. A draft Statement of Work is included in this document.
INSTRUCTIONSInterested parties shall submit a response to this sources sought showing the following:1. Interesta. Interested parties shall submit a brief statement showing their interest in a potential future contract of a similar nature and scope.2. Technical capabilitya. Interested parties shall submit a software capability statement or narrative showing they can fulfill all specification listed in the “System Requirements” section of the draft Statement of Work.b. Offeror may include comments or questions in their response that would be helpful in better understanding the proposed project scope.3. Past Performancea. Interested parties shall submit 2-3 examples of past performance. These past performance examples shall be of a similar size, scope, and complexity. Experience in other State, Local, or Federal government buildings is preferred. Interested parties may send a general company capability statement with past performance examples to satisfy this requirement.
Interested parties shall submit a response to this sources sought notice via email to Mr. Daniel Kuchar (daniel.kuchar@us.af.mil) and Mr. Tyler Imhoff (tyler.imhoff.1@us.af.mil) no later than 8 January 2025 at 11:00 AM CST.
