The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is requesting information from interested parties on their capabilities to produce and sustain the MK 5 Mod 0 Velocimeter. Interested parties shall be able to repair MK 5 Velocimeter Units part number (P/N) MVRS-800SC and produce the MK 5 Velocimeter as well as provide engineering support and firmware upgrades. The MK 5 MOD 0 Velocimeter is a component of the MK 160 Gun Computer System.
Interested parties capable of performing these requirements shall respond to this RFI with the following information:

Ability to produce the MK 5 Velocimeter P/N MVRS-800SC
Repair the MK 5 Velocimeter (P/N) MVRS-800SC and how its approach and capability to repair 45 âFâ condition MK 5 Velocimeter units to condition âAâ. Provide the latest firmware updates to the MK 5 Velocimeter P/N MVRS-800SC Provide engineering support to the MK 5 Velocimeter P/N MVRS-800Sc3. Facility/Workload Forecasting
Address how your facility to include floor space and machining capabilities are sufficient to perform these requirements within your current and future workload
Responses to this Request for Information notice shall be UNCLASSIFIED and shall not exceed twenty (20) pages in length, Responses shall be composed using Times New Roman, 10-pt font, one (1) inch margins, and submitted in Microsoft Word 2010 or searchable Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).
