Special Notice N61331-25-SN-Q36 - Synopsis of MK176 Mod 0 Battery Power Supplies POP Extension
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to extend the Period of Performance for previously awarded sole sourced indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract N6133120D0017 to the incumbent, Tracer Technologies Incorporated, DBA ECO Division, 20 Assembly Square Dr, Somerville, MA 02145-1307 for providing the MK176 Mod 0 Battery Power Supplies inclusive of:
Five (5) First Article MK 176 Mod 0 Battery Power Supplies for destructive testing One (1) Pre-Production MK 176 Mod 0 Battery Power Supply for Physical Configuration Audit & Functional Configuration Audit (PCA/FCA) A production quantity of up to 2,000 MK 176 Mod 0 Battery Power Supplies to be used in the Quick-strike Underwater MineThis requirement was determined that no other sources can satisfy this requirement without significant schedule, technical, and cost risk as identified in Justification notice N6133120D0017 and related notice N61331-19-SN-Q17. The use of any other vendor would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. Tracer Technologies Incorporated, DBA ECO Division, is the only source that can satisfy the Government's requirements.
The extended period of performance will provide an additional 36 months that will occur from 28 July 2025 to 27 July 2028, if all options are exercised. The NAICS code is 335910. The Small Business size standard is 1250. PSC 6135.
