Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Contracts Department, Code 02 intends to award Firm Fixed Price(FFP) contract on a sole source basis to MSI-Defence Systems US LLC (MSI-DS) (7XRR8), 1298 Galleria Boulevard, Rock Hill, SC 29730-6671 to procure the MK88 MOD4 Gun Mount (GM), associated hardware, and spares. MSI-DS is the only qualified vendor capable of providing the Mk 88 Mod 4-s as MSI-DS is the original designer, developer, and the only manufacturer of the MK88 MGS, which has already been tested and installed aboard various U.S. Navy and Coast Guard platforms.
