Amendment 0002: Reopening Solicitation.FY25 Natchez Trace Parkway ¿ Meriwether Lewis District Office Roof Repair and ReplaceThe National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement of the Natchez Trace Parkway.It is the intent of this service contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to repair and replace the existing roofing systems and failed components.Please see the Statement of Work for more details.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238160. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. Magnitude Range: Between $250,000 and $500,000.Site Visit is scheduled for July 24th, 2025, at 10:00 CT at the Meriwether Lewis District Office. Milepost 385 on the Natchez Trace Parkway. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience. Bidder must have an active profile in www.sam.gov and provide their UEI# with their bid. Bidders also must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
