- PURPOSE: The purpose of this solicitation is for the Department of Transportation Office of Materials and Road Research to receive responses and award a contract with a supplier to provide one (1) Gilson Item HM-70A LA Abrasion Machine, 230V/60hz/1ph per the specifications in the attached Sample Contract OR MnDOT APPROVED EQUAL, Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work.
