Short Project Description: Mobile Aircraft Fire Trainer

This requirement is for Non-Personal Services to is for the contractor to provide classroom instruction, hands-on practical skills assessment, and Pro Board certification for pumper operator, ARFF operator and mobile water supply for 30 NS 24.2 Fire Fighters.Conduct training exercises in a MAFT live burn simulator to simulate aircraft accidents and emergencies specific to military aircraft (both rotary wing and fixed wing).Work with a team of firefighters to practice emergency response procedures and hone skills in a controlled environment.Provide MAFT on 72hr notice during exercise execution for Pre-mishap Plan Rehearsal (PMPR) at Camp Grayling South Training Area. Contractor shall provide a live burn for first responder response to simulated downed aircraft scenario. (SEE PWS fo full description).
