FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS AQUISISITION
(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes will be effective for 60 days.(II) Solicitation number: W912JB-25-Q-A006 Request for Quote (RFQ) pursuant to FAR 13.5.
(III) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025. (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541990 (All Other Services). The Small business Size Standard is $16.5M.
(V) Description of Service:
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and quality control necessary to perform Mobile Aircraft Fire Training (MAFT) Support Services, as defined in this PWS. The primary components of this service include developing tactical scenarios and providing subject matter expertise and training support for the Northern Strike Plans Group (NSPG). The contractor shall provide accessible training opportunities from certified contractors assisting in increasing capabilities of units associated in firefighting activities and provide training recommendations, certifications, technical guidance, and advice to the Northern Strike Command Team and Staff.
