Description
The First Responder Network Authority-s (FirstNet Authority) Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) intends to negotiate with Mobile Experience, Inc., located in Renton, WA 98057, for the maintenance renewal of Mobile Experience devices on a sole-source basis. This procurement will be conducted under the authority of 41 U.S. Code § 3304(a)(1) using the procedures in FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), due to exclusive licensing agreements. The item or service is only available from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or a single authorized distributor or technical representative for the OEM.
The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price.
