Solicitation FA857125Q0081 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR Part13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA857125Q0081. The contractor shall provide all the tools, parts, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, shipping, set up and installation for four (4) Freestanding Ladder Systems to the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The Contractor shall submit a photo image with their bid. Bidders must provide documentation (cut sheets, manufacturer specifications, etc.) verifying that the proposed system meets or exceeds all listed requirements. This requirement will be in accordance with the attached PD dated 21 April 2025. This requirement is being solicited under the NAICS 332312 with size standard of 500 employees.
