The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, is requesting for offers to provide and deliver a Mobile Medical High Roof Van in accordance with the attached, “PRICING FEE SCHEDULE”. Per FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal will be considered for award, however offers must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation.
This procurement is conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 Effective January 17, 2025. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award from this solicitation to the responsible Offer whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
