This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSBs must be listed and certified at SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ to receive contract awards. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Mobile Office Trailer. The Contractor shall provide shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to provide an office trailer in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State, and local Government laws, rules, and regulations. Any and all applicable EPA regulations and rules shall be followed (www.epa.gov). All services provided are to be completed by a certified, tin any and all categories as required by the State of Louisiana. The Supplier shall be responsible for designing, fabricating, delivering and installation of one (1) 12-0 by 40-0 mobile office in accordance with the details outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Work will be performed for the Alexandria VA HealthCare System, 2495 Shreveport Hwy 71, Pineville, LA, 71360. Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only and No Later Than Friday 2:30 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 02/14/2024.
