This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR part 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at (FAR 13), as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted to SAM.gov. The RFQ number is (SPMYM325Q6079). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-05 August 7, 2025, and DFARS Change Notice 20250718. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is brand-name mandatory, or equal to Magwerks Corporation, to this piece of equipment would ensure that all of the required features and options needed for it to perform its desired function, and required task, are available on the equipment purchased. This would include a higher amperage output (this requested brand item number has a 10,000A FWDC Output Waveform) and the options of "Reversing DC Demag Option" & "1.5Hz Low Frequency AC Demag Option. Quotations received that represent a different manufacturer most supply material that conforms to the statement of work (SOW).
