The United States Military Academy at West Point - NY has a requirement to procure Mock Elastique Polyester Wool Fabric as listed in the attached Solicitation# W911SD25QA100. The Federal Government requires all vendors to complete (fill in) the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quotes.
SF1449 must be completed as follows:
PAGE 1: Block 12, 17a, and *24 (*Combined Overall Total for the entire Contract)
PAGE 1: Block 30 a / b / c (***must be SIGNED/DATED; can't accept quote w/o signature***)
PAGE 3-4: All the Unit Prices, Overall Amount for each individual Line Item (a total of 5)
PAGE 42 through 53: Clause 52.212-3 (fill in applicable slots)
PAGE 54: Clause 52.204-26 (fill in applicable slots)
RFQ is considered "completed".
Completion and submittal of SF1449 is mandatory in order for your quote to be considered (no exceptions).
NOTE 1: This solicitation is Full and Open Competition under NAICS Code 313310; standard size is 1,000 employees.
NOTE 2: Your quote must reflect the EXACT specifications and details listed on the SF1449 (no exceptions). Failure to meet this requirement will be considered as "Non-Responsive" and you will not be considered for this solicitation. SF1449 must be completed and attached with any quoted offers. Please ensure to provide sample and shipment tracking number. Read Addendum incorporated in the solicitation document for details. Specifications included as a separate document.
