The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement Modernize elevators in Building 1, USDA, ARS, Athens, Georgia.
Vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must notify Walter Dennis at walt.dennis@usda.gov by 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 2, 2025, to be added to the approved list.
Site Visit Date: September 3, 2025, at 10:00 am ET, Location: 950 College Station Road, Athens, Georgia 30605. (Meet at the main gate outside the security station.)
Proposals are due no later than 2:00 P.M. ET on September 19, 2025 via email at shalunda.mix@usda.gov.
