Description:
In order to gain economies of scale, Mohave is formally soliciting sources for Modular and Factory-Built Buildings and Site Work as specified within this Invitation for Bid. These products are requested for Mohave-s statewide membership of approximately 480 public agencies. The members currently eligible to participate in any awarded contract(s) as of June 5, 2025, is included in the attachment titled, IFB 25G-0710 Current Mohave Members.pdf.However, other members may be added during the term of an awarded contract(s).Members that are added during the term of an awarded contract(s) are responsible for determining if their purchases would materially increase any volume provided in the original solicitation.A current list of all members can be found on Mohave-s website atwww.mesc.org. Contracts, in whole or in part, shall be awarded to bidder, or bidders, for an initial one (1) year term and four (4) potential one-year extensions (contract modification).The modular and factory-built buildings requested need to be both permanent and portable. Bidders offering units through Mohave shall offer quality construction that meets or exceeds the journeyman proficiency required by A.R.S., A.A.C. and as regulated by the ADOH. In addition all units offered shall meet or exceed all current applicable standards with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.A.R.S. §41-3953 requires the ADOH to enforce standards of quality and safety for factory-built buildings. In the definitions, A.R.S. 41-4001,defines a factory-built building as:“a residential or commercial building that is:either wholly or in substantial part manufactured using closed construction at an off-site location and transported for installation or completion, or both, on-site; constructed in compliance with adopted codes, standards, and procedures; installed temporarily or permanently.
