This is a sources sought announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only. No quotations are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTATIONS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of small businesses in order for the Contracting Officer to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. The National Park Service has a requirement for solid waste disposal services at Mojave National preserve, for a base year and four option years. The contractor shall empty and dispose of contents of 17 solid waste containers, and replacement containers for the life of the contract. All dumpsters are 3 ¿ 3.5 yards in size. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 562111 ¿ Solid Waste Collection. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $47.0 million in average annual receipts.Vendors responding to this sources sought notice should include the following information: 1. Company name, address, UEI number, point of contact, telephone number and email address. 2. Information about qualifications or a capabilities statement3. Subcontracting information ¿ do you plan on subcontracting the work?3. Provide the company's business size (small or other than small) and all applicable socio-economic category information (Small, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, ISBEE).
