SOLICITATION NOTICE:The National Park Service, Contracting Operations Central, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the mold remediation project for the Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park in Ste, Genevieve, MO. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to remediate and renovate 1,300 sq feet of office space IAW Specifications.SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6425Q0050PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by July 2025 with performance to begin in July/August 2025. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Ste. Genevieve County, MO will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical Capability, Prior Experience, and PriceNorth American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 562910, and the size standard is $25 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. See Section L of the solicitation. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have an UEI number.
