This PMI Service can only be purchased through Monaco Enterprises (ME) because they own the system we use in the emergency dispatch center across the Joint base. Using ME will allow the fire department and all facilities across the Joint Base to continue to Communicate with he correct software and hardware without sacrificing with non-compatible third party equipment, ultimately jeopardizing life safety. these are the reason we ask that a sole source justification be used to purchase this equipment. - Documents:
