Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement, to be awarded on a competitive basis, to manufacture and deliver U.S. Navy Propellers and Caps. Applicable ship classes are CVN, DDG, LHD, and LCC.
See Attachment 01 for the estimated quantities per year.
Award is anticipated of a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an estimated period of performance to be a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. A Sources Sought was issued on SAM.gov on 22 November 2024 for a period of 15 days with responses due back by 06 December 2024. Based on the results of this Sources Sought notice and in concurrence with the NSWCPD Director Small Business, this procurement is being competed on an unrestricted basis and is not a small business set-aside.
This contract will be competitively awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 and the Federal Acquisition Regulations 6.401 (b). The Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort is 2010.
