Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:
Si 533 monochromator: The proposed monochromator must consist of two channel-cut monochromators. Dimensions must comply with the provided drawing, with a tolerance of ±0.05mm. The Reflective surfaces must be Si 533. The reflective surfaces are indicated on the attached drawing. Surface: The reflective surface must be polished to a high optical quality, minimizing roughness and defects. (Only the reflective surface need to be polished.) The reflective surface must be usable within 1mm of the edge. Expertise of offeror: The vendor must demonstrate prior experience in manufacturing high-precision silicon monochromators. The company should provide examples of past projects with similar specifications. Expertise in polishing and achieving high-quality optical surfaces is required. Delivery time and reliability: The company must provide a clear timeline for fabrication and delivery. They must provide technical drawings of the delivered product.
