Description:
Montgomery County, Ohio, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Project ID - Project Title. All submittals are due before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date.The scope of this project includes complete professional design services (Architectural & MEP), permit submission & review fee payment, and construction administration/documentation services for the Montgomery County Reibold Building Elevator Modernization Project. This project will result in the modernization of four total passenger elevators with the Montgomery County Reibold Building. Elevators included as a part of this project include: three (3) passenger elevators located in the 4th Street elevator bank on the North side of the building and one (1) employee elevator located in the Main Street elevator bank located on the South side of the building. In addition, this project will ensure code compliance (National, State, Local, & ADA) for all elevators included in this project as well as all elevator machine rooms being affected by the project.
