Amendment 001
This amendment serves to answer submitted questions regarding the solicitation. The responses provided become a part of the solicitation. Any clarifications, changes, or noted omissions will become a part of any resulting contract. The answered questions are attached to the amendment on SAM.gov.
The offer due date is extended. The new offer due date is 6/7/2024, at 12:00 pm (MT).
SCOPE OF CONTRACT
The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
i. Mobilization.
ii. Quality control, survey, and staking.
iii. Remove, replace, relocate, and upgrade of copper and fiber optic cabling and associated equipment, devices, and appurtenances associated with communication systems; relocation of communication equipment to new telecommunication room; remove and reinstall ceiling tiles to permit telecom installation; remove and install new electrical panel and associated conductors and conduit; remove overhead masts and patch roof; trenching, backfilling, and aggregate base course replacement; installation of underground conduit and associated conductors and innerducts for underground power and telecommunication service; demolition of existing telecommunication room and installation of new walls, gypsum board, and painting.
iv. Coordination with telecommunication and electric providers for removal of overhead services and connection of new underground service.
v. Construction includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, storage, other incidentals and all work required to complete the proposed addition, remodel and associated items in accordance with the approved final drawings, specifications and provisions of the contract.
