Georgia (owner) Separate Sealed Bids For Furnishing Of All Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment, And Appurtenances Necessary For The Construction Of The Morris Estates Sewer Rehabilitation Will Be Received By The Owner At The Ringgold City Hall, 150 Tennessee Street, Ringgold, Georgia 30736, Until 2:00 P.m., Local Time, On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, And Then At Said Office Publicly Opened And Read Aloud. The Project Consists Of The Following Major Elements: Removal And Replacement Of Approximately 4,400 Linear Feet Of Existing Gravity Sewer Lines, Insertion Of Approximately 6, 100 Linear Feet Of Curedin-place Pipe Within Existing Gravity Sewer Lines, Removal And Replacement Of Approximately 90 Sewer Service Laterals, And The Subsurface Rehabilitation Of Approximately 40 Existing Sewer Manholes Within The Morris Estates Subdivision In Northern Catoosa County, And All Associated Appurtenances For A Complete Installation.
