This sources sought is being issued to determine if there is sufficient interest from qualified prime contractors who are Small Business, HUBZone small businesses, Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSBs), 8(a) small businesses, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) and who intend to submit a proposal for this solicitation to allow for a set-aside in one of these programs. Requirement
The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-priced construction contract that provides storm damage repairs to Mortimer Workcenter. The project is at Mortimer Workcenter in McDowell County in NC off State Highway 90.
Anticipated completion October 2025.
