- As part of itsregulatory functions, TDLR collects motor fuel samples (“samples”) for testingto verify the motor fuel complies with the minimum standards established. With this solicitation, TDLR is requestingproposalsfrom laboratories to conduct testing and analysis of the motor fuelsamples collected by TDLR. Because samples are drawn on an “as-needed” basis,in response to complaints, TDLR cannot guarantee a number of samples to besubmitted for testing and analysis, but estimates submitting no more than 700samples per fiscal year.
